Urban Core Ventures is aware Victoria City Council has changed its position on sending our Cook Street Village proposal to Public Hearing. The project is still moving forward and we will meet with city staff early next week to determine next steps.

Urban Core Ventures remains committed in the revitalization of this portion of Cook Street and plans to continue to work with all stakeholders to build a significant, new property that will proudly reflect the unique characteristics of the neighbourhood now and into the future.

Urban Core Ventures would like to thank the hundreds of Cook Street supporters, who wrote letters and spoke up in favour of this exciting project. We appreciate their continued support as we move the proposal forward.
